• Buses will depart from Winter Park Visitor Centre at these times: 07:15, 09:15, 11:15, 13:15, and 15:15 

Note: There is no parking provided at the experience location and parking at Winter Park Visitor Centre is mandatory.

Family Explorer

• Access to the Wadi AlNaam site and the Quest experience
• Specialist Rawi (guide) to lead visitors through the experience
• Transported by 4x4 vehicles
• Specially designed route and activities for children and parents
• Provision of experience materials, props and transportation around the site
• Water, Arabic coffee, juices, light refreshments and finger food
• Medals and certificates of completion 

Important: Due to safety restrictions, transportation by dune buggies is not included as part of the Family Explorer experience.

• Refunds are allowed up to 3 days before the experience date or request a refund using the contact us form.
• Please note that any bank credit card charges cannot be refunded.
