Witness athletic excellence meet ancient wonder, and experience the next chapter in the legacy of three global icons. That's right, AlUla has joined forces with one of the most recognisable names in world sport, LeBron James, to form a team in the UIM E1 World Championship.

E1 is where legends, innovators, and champions come together, a global series of high-energy races on the water in all-electric vehicles known as RaceBirds, it features the likes of Rafael Nadal, Tom Brady, Virat Kohli and Will Smith as owners. And now AlUla is part of the action.

Held in cities including Jeddah, Monaco and Miami, Team AlUla Championed by LeBron James will bid to be crowned 'Champions of the Water 2025'.

Who is LeBron James?

Few names in sport are as universally known as basketball superstar LeBron James, whose rise from high-school prodigy to four-time NBA champion is one of the greatest stories in the sport's history. Beyond his on-court achievements, the LA Laker's impact stretches far and wide, from launching transformative education initiatives to amplifying important social conversations, his work underscores his commitment to building a legacy that inspires and uplifts. He is the perfect partner for AlUla.
