  • Health requirements: No recent surgeries, no chronic back injuries
  • You will have to climb in and out of the balloon basket unassisted
  • Pre-registration is required
  • Please bring your e-ticket and ID for entry
  • Arrive at your meeting point at least 15 minutes before the booking time
  • Late arrivals or no-shows may result in forfeiting your experience
  • You will have to complete a waiver form before participation
  • Read the terms and conditions before purchase
