There is no parking available at the venue, guests can either be dropped off at the farm/venue, or take the shuttle service from Winter Park (approx 10 mins from venue)

  • Please bring your e-ticket and ID for entry
  • Arrive at your meeting point at least 25 minutes before the booking time
  • Read the terms and conditions before purchase
  • If you have a health condition or if you are pregnant and have any concerns regarding the treatments, please ensure to check with the team on ground upon arrival
  • This treatment doesn't allow entrance to group classes or workshops. For those, you would need to buy the Five Senses Sanctuary pass
  • Please check in at Five Senses Sanctuary Welcome Centre
