Named after AlUla’s famous sundial, the Dar Tantora hotel is soon to open in Old Town. These boutique lodgings were created from sensitively restored mudbrick buildings and will bring this ancient form of housing back to life – with a touch of luxury.

Located on the edge of Old Town, Dar Tantora eco-hotel offers wonderfully historic accommodation crafted from the ancient mudbrick housing of old. Up to five rooms will be available, featuring traditional decor and minimal modern technology for an truly authentic Old AlUla experience. Breakfast can be arranged in room or set up privately in the lush neighbouring Oasis. The hotel’s rooftop Saudi Coffee Shop also offers locally sourced teas, coffees and light bites.

For an authentic local coffee experience, Gahwat AlDarb offers coffee brewed from a choice of beans, plus a selection of handpicked teas and freshly pressed juices.

Asfar
Asfar recreates traditional Saudi recipes with only the freshest ingredients and sustainable practices. Produce sourced from the neighbouring oasis is used in their colourful menu bursting with regional flavours.
