Upgrades are allowed at any time, subject to availability.

It is possible to switch days, however this will be considered 'rebooking' your pass. There is no charge for this, but the change must be made 24 hours before doors open (19:30) on Day 1.

All passes will be scanned to receive a festival bracelet to enter the AZIMUTH venue. However, one person can purchase up to five passes, so the name on the pass will be for the purchaser, not necessarily the attendee. Each pass can only be scanned once.

Yes, there is a maximum of 5 passes per purchase.

• Changes are permitted up to 1 day before the event date. Changes can only be made regarding upgrades and are subject to availability.
