Tama dishes infuse Global & Middle Eastern cuisines, using local ingredients and spices once traded along the incense route, bringing Northwestern Arabia’s unique flavors to life and creating an immersive culinary journey through time. The ingredients in Tama’s menus are sourced from local farms in communities surrounding AlUla, with the intention of bringing seasonal, fresh flavors to the table.

Breakfast, lunch, dinner, beverages and desserts are served. Menu highlights include Coconut Chia Pudding, Avocado Toast, Muhammara, Chicken Mandi and Moringa Ribeye. Decadent desserts infuse the flavors of the oasis, from Sticky Date Cake to Traditional Umm Ali and vegan ice creams.

Set against the backdrop of the Ashar Valley’s towering canyon walls, Habitas AlUla Day Passes are available for those looking to enjoy the large infinity pool and resort programming alongside Tama dining experiences.
