Hegra Candlelit Classics

20 and 21 November 2025

Set within the majestic surrounds of Hegra, Saudi Arabia’s first UNESCO World Heritage Site, the Hegra Candlelit Concerts return with two enchanting evenings of a different kind of beat chasing and world-class music. As candlelight flickers across ancient sandstone and the serene desert air stills, each performance will offer an intimate, sensory-rich journey through sound and setting.

Kadim Al Sahir captivated an entire audience during his 22 Nov concert as part of the Hegra Candlelit Classics, with the stunning Hegra as the perfect backdrop. He rendered some of his best-known hits, characterised by soulful lyrics and melodies that have endeared him to fans beyond borders and languages.

Oud virtuoso and composer Naseer Shamma performed with Spanish guitar legends, the Barcelona Guitar Trio, followed by internationally acclaimed pianist Khatia Buniatishvili.
