General

What is the exchange and refund policy?
Refunds and exchanges are permitted if done at least 7 days prior to the event. All refund and exchange requests made less than 7 days prior to the event will not be accepted. Please contact our team at +966 920 025 003 or send a refund request using the contact us form.

What’s included in a General Admission ticket?
General Admission tickets include:

• Single-day or weekend festival access
• Complimentary shuttle service to and from the venue from different hotels and points of interest around AlUla
• Free access to the General Admission lounge area
• Free access to the Desert X art exhibitions

What’s included in a Premium ticket?
Premium tickets include:

• Single-day or weekend festival access
• Premium-only lounge seating area with prime stage views and complimentary finger food, juices, and shisha
• Complimentary shuttle service and valet parking
• Access to a dedicated toilet area within the premium lounge
• Free access to the General Admission lounge area
• Free access to the Desert X art exhibitions

What is the dress code?
The dress code is festival casual. We recommend wearing light clothing that you feel comfortable dancing in. High heels are not permitted.

What is the age requirement?
The minimum age requirement for the event is 16 years and older. Guests younger than 16 will not be allowed entry into the festival.

What’s the best time to arrive?
For Day 1 and Weekend ticket holders, doors open at 20:30 and the first performance starts at 21:00 on Thursday 22 September. For Day 2 and Weekend ticket holders, doors open at 16:30 and the first performance starts at 17:00 on Friday 23 September.

What can I do at the festival?
Apart from a full line-up of performances from 21:00 - 6:00 Thursday to Friday and from 17:00 - 6:00 Friday to Saturday, guests will have access to the following:

• A General Admission lounge area for all ticket holders
• A Premium-only lounge seating area with prime stage views and complimentary finger food, juices, and shisha  for premium ticket holders
• Food stalls
• Desert X art exhibitions
• Beauty and pampering areas
• Photography areas

Are there ticket and hotel packages available?
Yes, there are 2 ticket and hotel packages available - one offering Premium weekend tickets for 2 people plus a 1-2 night stay at Ashar resort and the other offering General Admission weekend tickets for 2 people plus a 2-night stay at Shaden Resort. Tickets

Are there single day passes?
Yes, there are single day passes available for both General Admission and Premium. Take a look at our Azimuth Tickets and Packages page for more information.

Is a weekend pass two separate tickets?
No. You will receive a single e-Ticket for your weekend pass. After check-in on Day 1, you will receive a wristband that you will use for Day 1 and Day 2 entry.

Can I switch days after purchasing a single day pass?
Exchanges are permitted if done at least 7 days prior to the event. All refund and exchange requests made less than 7 days prior to the event will not be accepted. I didn’t receive my ticket confirmation and/or e-Tickets. What should I do?

How will I receive my wristband?
You will receive your wristband when you arrive at the event.

Festival Experience

Will there be food at the festival?
Yes, there will be food stalls at Azimuth. More information on food and beverage providers will be announced shortly.

Will there be restrooms at the festival?
Yes, there will be restrooms at Azimuth. Premium ticket holders will also have access to a dedicated toilet area located in the Premium lounge area.

Will there be areas to sit and rest during the festival?
Yes, both the General Admission and Premium lounge areas will have seated areas. Guests will also have beauty and pampering areas available to them.

Will there be shaded areas?
Yes, there will be shaded areas available.

Will there be Wi-Fi?
No. Unfortunately, guests will not have on-site Wi-Fi.
